Our large bags are delivered by DPD — one of the UK's most reliable tracked courier services.
Order your 13.5kg or 15kg bag before 12pm Monday to Friday and it will typically arrive the next working day. DPD sometimes delivers on Saturdays, but we can't guarantee Saturday delivery — if you need a weekend arrival, we'd always recommend ordering Thursday or earlier to give yourself the best chance.
Every DPD delivery comes with full tracking so you can follow your order from our door to yours.
The smart buying tip: DPD parcels carry up to 30kg — which means if you order two large bags in one go, they travel together in a single parcel at the same £4.99 delivery cost. That's two 15kg bags for the price of one delivery. Orders over £80 get free delivery automatically, which most two-bag orders will qualify for.
Small and medium bags are dispatched with Royal Mail or Evri depending on your location and order.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. If you need your food sooner, you can upgrade to next day delivery for £4.99 total at checkout — this option appears when you add small bags to your basket.
Please allow 24 hours for picking and packing on all small bag orders unless next day delivery is selected.
All small bag deliveries are fully tracked.

Do you deliver across all of Wales?
Yes. We deliver to all areas of mainland Wales — from Cardiff and Swansea to Wrexham, Aberystwyth, Pembrokeshire and everywhere in between. We also deliver across the rest of the UK mainland.
What time do I need to order to get next day delivery on large bags?
Order your 13.5kg or 15kg bag before 12pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery via DPD. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. DPD sometimes delivers on Saturdays, but we cannot guarantee this. Royal Mail and Evri deliveries follow their own weekend schedules.
When will my small bag arrive?
Small bags (1.5kg, 2kg, 6kg) arrive in 2–3 working days as standard. Please allow 24 hours for picking and packing. Select next day delivery at checkout (£4.99) if you need it sooner.
Is delivery free?
Yes — all orders over £80 qualify for free delivery. Orders under £80 are charged at £4.99 for standard delivery. Next day delivery on small bags is a flat £4.99 total.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order — regardless of size or carrier — comes with full tracking information sent once your order has been dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?
We do everything we can to meet the timescales we quote. Occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, contact us at sales@ultimatepetfoods.co.uk or call 0292 2642446 and we'll sort it.
Can I collect from your Caerphilly store instead?
Absolutely. Click & collect from our Ffos Caerffili store is completely free with no minimum order. We stock most 1.5kg and 2kg grain free and hydrolysed dog and cat food for same-day collection. Select click & collect at checkout.
Do you deliver outside Wales?
Yes — we deliver across the whole of the UK mainland. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands) may take slightly longer. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
What's the benefit of a subscription for delivery?
Subscription orders include next day delivery — free on orders over £80 — and we guarantee you won't run out of food. We time your deliveries so a new bag arrives before the last one runs out.
